→ Basically for all dogs. If you need to consider allergies, intolerances,
or a specific diet, we can usually find the right snack for every four-legged friend.

What ingredients do you use?

 

→ We bake our cookies using ingredients of food-grade quality.

Are your dog cookies grain-free or gluten-free?

 

→ You can buy cookies made with whole spelt flour,

as well as grain-free and/or gluten-free options.

Do you use artificial additives or preservatives?

 

→ A very clear NO!

We do not add any preservatives,

flavor enhancers, or attractants to our recipes.

Where do your ingredients come from?

 

→ This is especially important to us:
Local sourcing and short transport routes are our top priorities.
Our whole spelt flour comes from a local mill,
and fruits and vegetables come from nearby farmers, for example.

Are your products suitable for dogs with allergies?

→ Generally yes, but we need to know
which allergy or intolerance is involved.
Then we can decide together which
cookies or chews are suitable.

🐕 Feeding & Tolerance

 

How many cookies can my dog eat per day?

→ This depends on your dog’s size and activity level –
combined with a healthy dose of common sense.
Our cookies and snacks are meant as rewards and enrichment,
not as a complete food.
That’s why they are labeled as “complementary feed for dogs.”
The total amount of treats and main food should be balanced
so your dog feels good and does not gain excess weight.

Can older dogs eat your cookies?

→ Since our cookies contain no preservatives
but still have a long shelf life,
they are quite hard and dry.
If an older dog has dental issues and cannot chew well,
we also offer softer treats.

Are the cookies suitable for overweight dogs?

 

→ Please also see the section above on feeding amounts.
In addition, we offer reduced-calorie options in our range.

📦 Ordering & Shipping

 

How long does shipping take?

→ We bake our cookies in small batches
to ensure the longest possible shelf life.
Including delivery time, it can take about 5 working days
for your order to arrive.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order yourself –
that’s a bit faster :-)

Which countries do you ship to?

 

→ Due to complex and strict import regulations
for pet food in some countries,
we currently only ship within Germany.

How much are the shipping costs?

 

→ We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.49
(excluding German islands).
Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping.
Personal pickup on site is always free.

How can I track my order?

→ Once your order has been shipped,
you will receive a shipping confirmation
including a tracking number.
If you agree to share your data with the shipping provider,
you will also receive a tracking link directly from them.

What payment methods do you offer?

 

→ You can pay in our shop via PayPal or bank transfer in advance.
For local pickup, payment is in cash.

🧊 Storage & Shelf Life

 

How long do the dog cookies last?

 

→ Our Mr. Wilson’s dog cookies and chews
have a shelf life of 1 year from the production date.

How should I store the cookies?

 

→ Do not store the cookies and snacks airtight
in plastic containers. Fabric bags or the opened packaging
are perfectly sufficient.

🌱 Sustainability & Values

 

How sustainable is your packaging?

 

→ Our packaging must meet certain legal
and product-related requirements.
Nevertheless, we are constantly working to improve
and use packaging that meets all standards.
For shipping, we have used recycled cardboard boxes
from the very beginning, as long as they meet hygiene standards.

and raw materials – local sourcing and short transport routes.
