Shipping costs and payment information

 

 

Shipping

As standard, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below.

Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agency.

The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.

 

If you want to ship to another country, please write to us before placing an order

an e-mail to (info (at) wilsons-hundekekse.de) and please tell us the article with the quantity

and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code.

We will then inform you at short notice,

whether we can also ship to the desired country and you -

delivery to the desired delivery address should be possible -

notify the shipping costs,

because we have to ask our shipping partner about shipping options and costs in advance.

 

1.) Shipping within Germany:

 

For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate per order: 5.99 euros.

When shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of EUR 22.-.

From a gross order value of 60 euros, we ship free of charge.

When shipping within Germany

 

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options,

unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

 

- Prepayment by bank transfer in advance

- Cash on pickup

- Payment in advance via paypal

 

 

 

Detailed information on the individual payment options

 

 

1.) Prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the purpose

within 5 days.

We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer as part of the order processing

separately by email.

 

2.) Cash on collection

You pick up the goods yourself and pay on site in cash or by EC card.

We will first inform you by email that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection.

After receiving this e-mail, you can pick up the goods at the following address after making an appointment:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Pickup (click & collect)

If you have selected the option to collect it yourself, we ask you to

Invoice amount to be paid in advance by bank transfer or paypal -

this makes contactless collection easier. You should on collection

want to pay, we ask you to have the invoice amount ready in cash (in euros).

Payment for collection by credit or debit card is unfortunately not possible.

We will contact you by email to arrange a pick-up date.

 

 

3.) Prepayment via paypal

Just a few steps to payment:

1. Select “PayPal” as the payment method at checkout.

2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data

and arrange for payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

The facility is for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal

a PayPal account is not necessary.

4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.wilsons-hundekekse.de).
